With OFT we created a desk dedicated to the complexity and functionality of today’s offices.
Enjoy a clutter free desk. All cable clutter is absorbed in a slot, giving you a large worktop for bold projects, resting on minimalist but sturdy pillars to maximise legroom.
The folded and welded sheet metal creates the robust base frame with the ability to expand.
OFT contains four desktops in its basic configuration as the ‹base frame 4›. With a surface of 1,6 m × 3,2 m it offers plenty of space for collaborative work.
A half sized version brings the OFT experience to smaller spaces.
The expansion creates an even larger surface.
Various expand units can be placed between the two halves of the ‹base frame 4› to expand it.

The cable slot funnels all power supplies, delivering a large, clean and inviting worktop. In addition OFT is available with four different slot covers.
The flat–cover provides an even surface. Whereas the deep–cover gives all your pencils a place to rest. And the tray–cover separates the opposing desks and also works as light and power plug dome. As an acoustic absorber the rise–cover with a surface out of natural felt creates a more private environment.

OFT — basic materials
OFT is produced locally around Cologne, Germany from long-lasting and sustainable materials. We offer various desktop surfaces: solid wood, laminated wood, linoleum or nano surface.
All our wood is FSC certified and free from toxic formaldehyde to guarantee long lasting desktops and withstand even the most exhausting projects. The solid wood desktop is available as ash or oak. The laminated version is coated with a premium ash veneer.
Natural linoleum offers a smooth monochrome alternative to the wooden worktop combined with wooden edge band.
The nano surface FENIX NTM
®
provides a refined level of smoothness to the surface and makes the table top able to withstand sharp objects.
Modification requests are more than welcome: reach out to us. We offer customisation and specific desk top materials in close coordination.
The base frames raw metal is not treated with any synthetic material or chemicals. To protect it from corrosion it passes through a special hardening process and is sealed off with wax to create the distinctive dark and high-contrast surface which is soft to the touch.
